Tariff is effective for utility operations under the following Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) 9224-C. The revised tariff, dated December 9, 2024, has been adopted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. Revised water rates commence in September 2024.  The tariff also includes our Drought Contingency Management Plan.
